<p>A ruthenium of the solution state the convert manufacturing method is provided without the use of chiller or the hydrochloric acid gas to the gaseous tetroxide ruthenium. The ruthenium trichloride RuCl3 can be manufactured from the ruthenium metal powder without impurity, and cost and time can be cut down without using the cooling device or the hydrochloric acid gas. A method for refining process of the ruthenium is constructed as follows: in the alkali environment the material including ruthenium metal, oxidizes with the first; in the acid environment, oxidizes with the second and the tetroxide ruthenium of the gas phase is manufactured; and the material absorbed into the hydrochloric acid. The oxidizer used in the first oxidation is NaOCl, and the oxidizer used in the secondary oxidation is NaClO3.</p> |
