<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a uretdione polyisocyanate imparting a light-colored product. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for producing the polyisocyanate containing uretdione groups by (a) oligomerizing a portion of the isocyanate groups of diisocyanates having aliphatically and/or cycloaliphatically bound isocyanate groups in the presence of a catalyst which accelerates dimerization of the isocyanate groups and in the presence of trisubstituted phosphite stabilizers corresponding to formula (I), [in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each an aromatic or an araliphatic group, a linear or branched aliphatic group, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>form a heterocyclic five or six membered ring with a phosphorus atom and two oxygen atoms, wherein at least one of the substituents R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>is a 6-18C aromatic group or 9-18C linear or branched aliphatic group]. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
