<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, when a noncontact IC card is put in a pass case, the data in the card are possibly skimmed by a skimmer even from the upside of a bag or clothes and unprotected against skimming inexpediently and in which, when two noncontact IC cards are put in the front and the back of the pass case, the cards interfere with each other obstructing accurate reading of the data. <P>SOLUTION: On the reverse side of the face opposite from the face of a pass case for sliding a noncontact IC pass card 2 with a finger, a shielding material 6 having an electrolytic copper foil of 35 micron thick or having an equivalent shielding effect, in the size same as or larger than the noncontact IC pass card is inserted.
