A composition for treating sewage and a sewage-treating method are provided to increases the decomposition speed of dirt and excrements by the action of protein decomposition enzyme. A composition for treating sewage comprises the followings: an antibiotic component of 5 through 15 weight% including 2 or more kinds of isothiazoline compound and one or more kinds of glutaraldehyde compound; a stabilizer of 0.5 through 5 weight%; Non-ionic surfactant of 1 to 15weight%; and remaining solvent. The 2 or more kinds of isothiazoline compound is selected from a group including 2-methylisothiazolin-3-on, 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-on, 2-methylisothiazolin-3-on, 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazolin-3-on, 4,5-dichloro-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-on, 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazoline-3-on, 5-chloro-2-phenethyl-3-isothiazoline, 4-bromo-2-n-dodecyl-3-isothiazoline and 1,2-benzisothiazoline-3-on. |
