The invention relates to a shaping tool which is used for press quenching and tempered reshaping of metal blanks made of superior and supreme hardness steels, by means of tempering of the shaping tool, as well as to a method for press quenching and tempered reshaping of metal blanks made of superior and supreme hardness steels. The metal blank is heated before reshaping and is subsequently reshaped, either warm or semi-warm, in a shaping tool, wherein the shaping tool provides a means for tempering. The solution to the problem of designing a shaping tool and a method for press quenching and tempered reshaping, which allows for a precisely defined temperature guiding of the metal blank during reshaping, is as follows: a plurality of controllable means (5, 6, 8) for tempering the shaping tool is provided in the shaping tool, by means of which a plurality of temperature zones can be tempered in the shaping tool, wherein the contact surfaces of the shaping tool elements (1, 2, 3) which are used for the reshaping are allocated to individual temperature zones. |
