The method involves arranging viscous-elastic or elastic baffle plates (11, 12) on lateral walls (9, 10) of a movable weight (1) of low dimension with respect to lateral walls (13, 14) of a hollow body (2). The plates are made of expandable material e.g. non netted viscous-elastic or elastic organic material, expanded by heating, in sufficient quantity to form viscous-elastic or elastic supports (11', 12') cooperating with the weight and the walls of the body, after heating. The body is subjected to the processing such as adapted heating, for causing the expansion of the expandable material.
