ANALYTICAL VESSEL AND TRACE ELEMENT QUANTITY ANALYTICAL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vitrified carbon vessel repeatedly usable for analyzing an impurity such as metal in a sample. SOLUTION: A resin block of a proper size is manufactured in response to a purpose, and a liquid holding vessel of an (Ra) 0.1μm or less is manufactured by baking and polishing after acquiring an object vessel by cutting work. The method can provide a vitrified carbon jig having sufficient purity as an analytical jig without requiring using an individual mold meeting a specification. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
