PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a therapeutic agent of survivin expression-advanced diseases. SOLUTION: It has been found that survivin expression is suppressed by suppressing expression of ILF 3. A novel screening method of the therapeutic agent for survivin expression-advanced diseases by selecting a material suppressing ILF3 is disclosed. By the screening method, a survivin expression suppressant can be screened, therefore, a material useful as a therapeutic agent for survivin expression diseases such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, arteriosclerosis, prostate gland hypertrophy and the like can be screened.
