PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum material for resin coating which has excellent adhesion to an organic resin coating film and excellent corrosion resistance, and a resin coated aluminum material which is excellent in adhesion and corrosion resistance by forming the organic resin coating film on the aluminum material for resin coating. SOLUTION: The aluminum material for resin coating is provided with an aluminum base material and an anodic oxide film formed at least on one surface of the aluminum base material. The anodic oxide film is a non-porous anodic oxide film formed by electrolysis using an electrolyte containing a base component containing one or more kinds selected from a group including tartrate, borate, phosphate and adipate and an accessary component containing one or more kinds selected from organic silicon compound having a specific structure, wherein the non-porous anodic oxide film has 3-200 nm thickness and≤15% porosity. The resin coated aluminum material is further provided with the organic resin coated film on the non-porous anodic oxide film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
