PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner eliminating the need of excessively decreasing an air amount after an occupant has had an air-conditioning feeling during air-conditioning. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner comprises an air-conditioning unit 100 controlling the temperature of air ventilated by a blower fan 11 and producing conditioning air; a first ceiling blowoff port 130 provided on a ceiling of a vehicle cabin, and blowing down the conditioning air produced by the air-conditioning unit 100 to an area disposed so as to surround a front part and a side part of an occupant and having a generally U-shaped cross section, as indirect air; a second ceiling blowoff port 140 ventilating direct air to the occupant; and a controlling means switching the indirect air and the direct air.
