A wood chip concrete composition for formation and a wood chip concrete which is obtained by using the wood chip concrete composition are provided to increase a recyclability ratio of the culled wood and suppress the generation of the environmental toxic material, and to improve permeability, an acid-resistant and an alkali-resistant of the wood chip concrete. A composition for forming the wood chip concrete includes 100 parts by weight of the wood chip, 0.01 - 10 parts by weight of the aluminosilicate, 0.01 - 10 parts by weight of the polymerization regulator and 10 - 500 parts by weight of the solvent. The polymerization regulator is selected from the lithium hydroxide, NaOH, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, activated silicate, sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate.
