PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the printed surface of a card to be easily and accurately covered with a transparent film. SOLUTION: This printed surface processing method for card includes the card 2, the transparent film 3 with the same shape and the same size as the card 2, and a tray-form jig 1. In this case, on the card 2, a printing is applied on the surface. For the transparent film 3, an adhesive is applied on the rear surface, and release papers 4a and 4b being divided in two are pasted on the top of the adhesive. The tray-form jig 1 has a recess section with the same shape and the same size as the card 2 and the transparent film 3. The transparent film 3 which keeps the release paper 4a peeled off is fitted and fixed in the jig 1 in a manner to make the exposed adhesive the top surface. On the top of the adhesive, the card 2 is fitted in the recess section of the jig 1 in a manner to make the printed surface face downward, and the card 2 and the transparent film 3 are pasted to each other. Then, the card is taken out, and the remaining release paper 4b is peeled, and the transparent film is closely joined and pasted to the total region of the printed surface of the card 2.
