PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound output device capable of suppressing the conduction of vibrations generated by sound output from a speaker to a case body by connecting a speaker box to the case body through a sealing member used for improving sealability. SOLUTION: A cradle 3 has the case body 600, the speaker 549 disposed inside the case body 600 and provided with a sound output surface 550, and the speaker box 500 for housing the speaker 549 so as to expose the sound output surface 550. Then, the speaker box 500 is provided with a first case member 510, the sealing member 530, and a second case member 520 integrally connected with the first case member 510 holding the sealing member 530 there between, and is connected with the case body 600 by connecting the sealing member 530 to the case body 600.
