PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for simultaneously and individually amplifying, taking out and analyzing a plurality of kinds of nucleic acids (cDNA, mRNA) in samples. SOLUTION: A method which comprises fractionating to micro-droplets of M pieces more than total number N of DNA molecules, a sample solution containing in gel micro-droplets 4, 5, 7, one or less DNA molecule 1-3 to be analyzed, amplifying the DNA in each droplet, in an emulsion 11 containing the droplets by PCR, and, thereafter, detecting existence (amount) of the amplified products obtained in each micro-droplet by fluorometry using an intercalator or the like, and devices therefor are provided.
