PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-finishing device finishing, with a high accuracy, double-row rolling surfaces which serves as track surfaces of double-row bearings. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the device 1 performing super-finishing to the double-row rolling surfaces Wa, Wb simultaneously relative to a workpiece W with the double-row rolling surfaces Wa, Wb with arc cross sections becoming the track surfaces of the double-row bearings. The device is provided with a spindle stand device 2 rotating the workpiece W around its central axis L, and two grinding wheel oscillating stand devices 3, 4. The respective grinding wheel oscillating stand devices 3, 4 presses grinding wheels 5, 6 against one WA of and other Wb of the rolling surfaces Wa, Wb of the workpiece W in a rotating condition while being supported by the spindle stand device 2.
