COMPOUND CERAMIC AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A functional synthetic ceramic and a preparation method thereof are provided to obtain a ceramic raw material which has functions of bleaching, deodorization, soundproof, dehumidification and humidification for various application. A functional synthetic ceramic in amorphous gel state of Na_2OAl_2O_3SiO_2.xH_2O comprises NaAlO_2, Na_2SiO_3.xH_2O and Al_2(SO_4)_3.24H_2O in equivalent ratio for the reaction. The ceramic optionally comprises inorganic pigment and/or 1-10% by weight of at least one selected from MaO and AgO. A preparation method of the synthetic ceramic comprises steps of: preparing NaAlO_2 by reacting NaOH and Al(OH)_3; preparing ceramic of Na_2OAl_2O_3SiO_2.xH_2O and Na_2SO_4 in gel state and Na_2SO_4 by reacting NaAl_2O, Na_2SiO_3.xH_2O and Al_2(SO_4)_3.24H_2O which is a PH adjusting agent; and filtering the resultant in order to separate out Na_2OAl_2O_3SiO_2.xH_2O in gel state. The preparation method optionally comprises an additional step of mixing at least one selected from MgO, AgO and an inorganic pigment to the separated Na_2OAl_2O_3SiO_2.xH_2O.
