<p>An apparatus for distribution of sale-or-return products has: a plurality of products (2, 8) including sale-or-return products (2) and returned products (8); a distribution centre (10) for distribution of sale-or-return products (2); a sales point (14) for the sale-or-return products (2); and flow-management means (9), for managing a flow of sale-or-return products (2) from the distribution centre (10) to the sales point (14) and a flow of returned products (8) from the sales point (14) to the distribution centre (10); the flow-management means (9) comprise RFID (radio-frequency identification) tags (25, 28, 32, 35), associated to the sale-or-return products (2) and to the returned products (8), and RFID read-and-write means (26, 31, 34, 39, 43, 52).</p> |
