<p>A reservation right with different strength for each user is distributed. When each user makes a reservation for an information recording operation, he or she is supposed to set his or her own reservation right. When periods of time reserved by users are overlapped, the strength of the reservation rights set by the users is compared with each other, so that the reservation right of the recording operation set by the stronger user is adopted while the other reservation rights are invalidated.</p> |
