PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily refer to a file when the user needs the file. SOLUTION: The user stores files in a variety of formats created by various kinds of software in a file storage server. For example, when the user wants to refer to a file at a visit place, the user uses a file reference terminal usable at the visit place to access the file storage server and requests the file storage server to transmits the file.
