PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a setting of a threshold efficiently and simply, which is used for determining a clogging of a connecting pipe. SOLUTION: An apparatus for detecting the clogging of the connecting pipe is provided with: a pressure detecting means for detecting a high-pressure side static pressure which is transmitted via a high-pressure side connecting pipe, a low-pressure side static pressure which is transmitted via a low-pressure side connecting pipe, and a difference pressure between the high-pressure side static pressure and the low-pressure side static pressure; a memory means for storing a correction coefficient being set previously; a first fluctuation calculating means for calculating the low-pressure side static pressure fluctuation based on time-series data of the low-pressure side static pressure, and for calculating a corrected low-pressure side static pressure fluctuation, based on the low-pressure side static pressure fluctuation and the correction coefficient; a second fluctuation calculating means for calculating a high-pressure side static fluctuation based on time-series data of the high-pressure side static pressure; and a third fluctuation calculating means for calculating a difference pressure fluctuations based on time-series data of the difference pressure, and for calculating a corrected difference pressure fluctuations, based on the difference pressure fluctuations, the low-pressure side static pressure fluctuations and the correction coefficient.
