<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blower for reducing the occurrence of separation in the inflow, while restraining a surging phenomenon and an inverse sucking-in phenomenon, by uniformizing the wind speed distribution inside of a unit, even when a resistance is stuck to the air blower upstream side, in the cross flow air blower. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of small impellers of the cross flow air blower are formed by respectively peripherally arranging a plurality of first blades having the small impeller outer peripheral side thickness thicker than the inner peripheral side and a plurality of second blades having the impeller inner peripheral side thickness thicker than the outer peripheral side. The small impellers are constituted by arranging the first blades more than the second blades, arranging the second blades on both ends of this blade pair when the mutual first blades continue by two sheets in the peripheral direction, and arranging the first blades on both ends of this blade pair when the mutual second blades continue by two sheets in the peripheral direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
