A magnetic field localization improved magnetic stimulator is provided to concentrically transmit a high-magnetic field to a user's specified portion by controlling a size of a window in a sheltering member. The magnetic stimulator includes a magnetic coil(300) having a time varying magnetic field formed by an electric current of a pulse shape applied from an exterior and a sheltering member(310) disposed to a lower portion of the magnetic coil for shielding passing of the magnetic field radiating from the magnetic coil. The sheltering member has a window(320) formed on the lower portion of the magnetic coil in a predetermined width for passing the magnetic field radiating from the magnetic coil through the window, and improves a magnetic field localization by selectively shielding the magnetic field radiating from the magnetic coil using the window.
