PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film with weather and scratch resistances. SOLUTION: The film is a weather resistant film having a primer layer and a surface protective layer on an olefinic substrate, and contains a triazine based ultraviolet absorbent represented by the general formula in the primer layer.
