<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably correct mobility of the whole pixel array part (display part) by eliminating variance among pixel rows in a mobility correction period due to a rise/fall speed (response speed) of a write pulse. <P>SOLUTION: In an organic EL display device using an output circuit including a level shift circuit 431 for each stage of a write scan circuit, power sources of level shift circuits 431 are separated into a front-stage circuit portion (4311) and a rear-stage circuit portion (4312 to 4315). At the rear-stage circuit portion, an odd number (three in this embodiment) of inverts 4313, 4314, and 4315 are disposed behind a buffer circuit 4312, and supply of a source voltage Vdd2 to the rear-stage circuit portion is forcibly cut off in timing to the end of the mobility correction period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
