Energy measurer and process for determination of a warm or cold volume

The energy meter has a flow rate measuring unit with an operating flow direction, and temperature sensors for supplying and retuning a transport medium, respectively. A controlling and evaluating unit (1) is connectable to the flow rate measuring unit and the temperature sensors. The controlling and evaluating unit has a main data memory (8) for depositing orderly detected heat and cool quantity (W1), and auxiliary data memories (9-11) for depositing disorderly detected heat and cool quantities (W2-W4). An independent claim is also included for a method for detecting heat and cool quantity delivered to a consumer.
