摘要 A method and an apparatus for measuring scour-depth are provided to measure the depth of the ground by using a differential coefficient of the intensity of a reflected sound signal. An apparatus for measuring scour-depth includes a sound vibrator(42-1), a sound signal transmitting unit(42-2), a sound signal receiving unit(42-3), a controller(42-4), and an operation unit(42-5). The sound vibrator radiates a sound signal and receives a reflected sound signal. The sound signal transmitting unit converts a sound signal having a predetermined frequency into a pulse signal having a strong intensity according to a control signal of the controller to drive the sound vibrator. The sound signal receiving unit amplifies a weak reflected sound signal and removes noise to be transmitted to the operation unit. The operation unit differentiates the intensity of the sound signal of the sound signal receiving unit to generate a differential coefficient, obtains the difference between the time the sound signal is radiated and the time the differential coefficient reaches the maximum, and calculates the depth of the ground using the time difference.
