PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which recognizes information embedded in image data and performs data communication based on the embedded information, and also to provide a communication method of the device and its program. SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a storing means for storing the positional information of the embedded information: a destination identification means (S103) which recognizes the information embedded in target data and specifies a destination identification value; an embedded information erasing means (S112) which erases the embedded information out of the target data referring to the positional information, and generates erased data; and a coding means (S113) which codes the erased data into generate coded data.
