PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolator mounting structure at a pile head, which can reduce an influence of misalignment and tilting of a pile, and to provide a base isolator mounting method. SOLUTION: The base isolator mounting structure is implemented by setting a base isolator mounting form which is formed of a bottom plate and a peripheral wall rising from the periphery of the bottom plate, and has an upper open surface, on a head top surface of the pile serving as a foundation of a building, setting the base isolator having a size that is horizontally movable in the base isolator mounting form, in the base isolator mounting form, and filling a cavity defined by the base isolator and the base isolator mounting form, with a filler.
