摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves providing a conducting solution containing 5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthalenedione or its derivative. An electroconductive support with a reception surface is provided, and immersed in the solution, where the support is made of carbon or metallic layer. Electro-synthesis current is circulated in the support so as to form a layer of polymer of 5-hydroxy-1,4-naphthalenedione or its derivate on the reception surface, such that the polymer reacts with a determined ion in a liquid sample to produce an electrical detection current in the support. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method of detecting presence of a determined ion in a liquid sample using a detector. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for fabricating a detector (claimed) i.e. chemical sensor, that is utilized for detecting presence of a determined ion e.g. protamine, heparin, cesium, potassium, sodium or lithium ion, in a liquid sample e.g. secretion of sweat gland of animal or human, for diagnosing mucoviscidosis. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method allows simple and inexpensive fabrication of the detector that detects the presence of ions in the sample, in a rapid and reliable manner. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a cyclic voltammogram of different ions determined using a detector.
