A sound absorbing panel including an assembly unit is provided to keep at the initially coupled state for a long term by coupling a sound absorbing plate to a compression molded cement panel strongly, and to reduce weight and to handle easily, and to restrict load and to install to a place with wind pressure by coupling a sound absorbing plate to a compression molded cement panel which is lightweight and has excellent strength and durability. A sound absorbing panel including an assembly unit comprises a compression molded cement panel(2) formed by mixing a performance improving agent and organic/inorganic filament yarn to cement to make cement slurry and compressing with a mold, and then curing with high-temperature high-pressure steam and provided with many hollows(21) formed on the inside to reduce the weight of the compression molded cement panel and to cut off vibration or sound waves transferred to the hollows, and an insertion projection(22) and an insertion groove(23) formed on one end and the other end to secure structural stability when piling and installing compression molded cement panels, a sound absorbing plate(4) provided with projections(41) formed at regular intervals to make noise to stay for appointed hours and to be absorbed sufficiently, an adhesive layer(3) formed between the compression molded cement panel and the sound absorbing plate to fix the sound absorbing plate to the front of the compression molded cement panel, and first and second assembly unit(5,6), wherein the first assembly units are installed to the insertion projection and the insertion groove of the compression molded cement panel and bolted to the sound absorbing plate respectively, and the second assembly units are installed to a hollow(21) of the compression molded cement panel at regular intervals and bolted to the sound absorbing plate.
