PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control device and a feedback control method that can implement appropriate control, even when the supply voltage applied to a controlled object device fluctuates. SOLUTION: The electronic control device comprises a reference means for storing a correction value parameterized by a deviation between desired and measured values of a controlled object and a supply voltage value applied to a drive device related to the controlled object for correcting a control factor of a transfer function and/or a zero-point set point of an integral term of the transfer function. The control factor (or the zero-point set point of integral term) of the transfer function is corrected with the correction value for the transfer function from the reference means, and a drive signal to be output to the drive device is determined, based on the corrected transfer function.
