PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder device for inspecting the inside of a pit of an elevator capable of supporting a ladder main body by easily and exactly inserting a locking member in a groove of a sill in a getting in-and-out port when using the ladder main body by erecting the ladder main body, without projecting the locking member from the ladder main body when storing the ladder device. SOLUTION: This ladder device 1 is used by being erected between a bottom surface of a pit 17 and the sill 19 of the elevator getting in-and-out port 18. The ladder device 1 is provided with the ladder main body 2, bolts 12 provided on both side surfaces of the ladder main body 2, and the locking member 8 which is mounted on the ladder main body 2 through the bolts 12, is rotatable in a direction inclined to the ladder main body 2 with the bolts 12 as a center by loosening the bolts 12, can be moved and adjusted in a direction perpendicular to the bolts 12 and has a locking plate 10 insertable into a guide groove 20 of the sill 19.
