WATER TREATMENT PLANT, WATER TREATMENT FACILITY, AND WATER TREATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating technology simply producing functional water. SOLUTION: The water treatment plant has a first water treatment facility (an ordinary water treatment facility) including an aeration tank treating water to be treated containing nitrogen compounds and having a BOD concentration of 50-100,000 mg/l in an environment having aerobe as the dominant species, and a second water treatment facility (a water treatment facility for producing functional water) including a cultivation tank receiving the water to be treated acquired from the upstream side of the aeration tank of the first water treatment facility.
