PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage element largely reducing the overhead of check point processing or roll back processing in a check point/roll back system high reliable mechanism. SOLUTION: This data storage element is provided with a primary cell 10 and a secondary cell 20 constituting the same address space, and two storage regions, that is, a primary storage region and a secondary storage region are ensured in a single data storage element (DRAM or the like), and the data of the primary cell 10 are copied through a sense amplifier 30 to the secondary cell 20 without using the outside bus being the shared resource so that check point processing can be executed, and the data of the secondary cell 20 are copied through the sense amplifier 30 to the primary cell 10 so that roll back processing can be executed. |
