PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive driver's seat adjustment system with a simple structure, which enhances adjustment accuracy of the driver's seat. SOLUTION: The driver's seat adjustment system is provided with an infrared ray thermography (thermal image photographing means) 10 for photographing distribution of body temperature of the driver 1 positioned on the outdoor side; a physique detection part (physique detection means) 20 for detecting the height A and the inside leg length B of the driver 1 from the photographing data by the infrared ray thermography 10; and a position adjustment part (position adjustment means) 30 for adjusting the position of the driver's seat 40 on which the driver 1 sits. The position adjustment part 30 adjusts the position of the driver's seat 40, based on the height A and the inside leg length B of the driver 1 detected by the physique detection part 20.
