An alternative fual contains a mixture of oil products, which are any liquid hydrocarbons, water or aqueous medium, which could be waste water of industrial enterprises and/or household wastewater, and fine-dispersed solid hydrophilic phase of organic substances. A method for obtaining of such fuel comprises the mixing in hydrodynamic disperser of starting components at their simultaneous supply with formation of disperse phase with particle sizes of 0.5-250 µm and water, adsorbed on their surface and in the volume. For provision of necessary level of dispersion of solid phase the procedure of cyclic treatment is carried out in hydrodynamic disperser, control of preparation of alternative fuel is fulfilled by automated system, which provides temperature mode and set ratio of starting components in alternative fuel. Biomass, waste of agricultural production, products of wood processing, peat, slit depositions of sewage disposal plants of household and industrial drains can be used as fine-dispersed hydrophilic phase of organic compounds. |
