PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tap screw from being charged, without affecting the appearance. SOLUTION: A lower hole 44 for screw-fixing to a housing 12 is formed in the side face of a battery box 25 comprising insulating resin, or the like, and a through-hole 45 communicating with the lower hole 44 is formed in the conductive plate 27 fixed to the battery box 25; whereas a through-hole 47 for inserting the tap screw 46 is formed in the side face of a rear cover 14. Moreover, an attachment part 48 entering into the inside face side of the rear cover 14 is formed on the side face of a front cover 13, and a through-hole 49 for inserting the tap screw 46 is formed in the attachment part 48. The rear cover 14 and the front cover 13 are engaged with each other, while making the through-holes 47 and 49 communicate with each other; and the tap screw 46 is screwed into the lower hole 44 via the through-holes 47, 49 and 45 from outside the housing 12, then, the front cover 13 and the rear cover 14 are mutually closed, and the battery box 25 is fixed to the housing 12.
