FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: morphology types and optico-geometric parameters of live neutrophils in patient are determined. If the sample averaged value, compared to normal, of neutrophil perimeter is increased 20% and more, of neutrophil height is decreased 10% and more, degenerative neutrophils quantity increased 5% and more, then pyoinflammatory complications development is predicted. ^ EFFECT: early pre-clinical diagnostics of possible inflammatory complications and timely adequate therapy conducting. ^ 1 ex |
