PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation foundation which facilitates quick setting of an internal heat insulation member on oversite concrete in a manner being spaced upward from the oversite concrete without the necessity of post-handling, and allows quick execution of connecting work of a heat insulation block forming the internal heat insulation member and an external heat insulation member. SOLUTION: In construction of the heat insulation foundation, a connection plate 41 is fixed to each heat insulation block 21 forming the internal heat insulation member 4, and a through hole 44 is formed in an end 42 of the connection plate 41. Then an insertion rod 51 to be inserted into the through hole 44 is formed of a wedge portion 53, a holding portion 52 having the same lateral dimension as that of the through hole 44, and a male screw portion 101 engaging with the through hole 44 to lock each heat insulation block 21. Further the oversite concrete 7 has formed on an upper surface thereof a receiving portion 111 into which the tip of the insertion rod 51 is insertable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
