PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a slat of a blind from being damaged by coming into contact with a person's hand when the slat of the blind slides down by self-weight during descent, by employing a handle-type winding method for winding a manual lifting/lowering cord; and to minimize an installation space for a motor and a device for evenly winding the cord, by employing two or more motors in the case of a motorized model, and making one motor serve as an installation place for the device for evenly winding the lifting/lowering cord. SOLUTION: The two or more lifting/lowering cords are bundled into one. The only one winding device makes the slats of the blind lifted/lowered by rotating a handle or making the motor run, so as to wind the lifting/lowering cord. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
