PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the biological age of a human and mammal and evaluating the degree of aging. SOLUTION: The method for determining the biological age includes a step of measuring amino acid concentration data in a blood sample of a subject at least after a stress load, and a concentration value reference evaluation step of evaluating the biological age of each subject based on at least one concentration value included in the amino acid concentration data of the subject measured at the measuring step.
