PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To profitably provide a resin composition containing acidically treated polyaniline or its derivative having excellent dispersion stability. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin, polyaniline or its derivative, an acidic functional group-having organic pigment derivative or an acidic functional group-having triazine derivative, and a basic substituent-having resin. Furthermore, the resin composition, wherein the polyaniline or its derivative may be a preliminarily doped emeraldine salt or a preliminarily non-doped emeraldine salt, and a protonic acid is further contained, when an emeraldine base is used.
