A hydraulic control valve assembly of a power assisted steering device is provided to reduce cost through reducing a working process of a center aligning of an input axle and a pinion shaft and forming a fixing hole by installing a first and a second serration apart from each other at an upper part of the input axle. In a hydraulic control valve assembly of a power assisted steering device including a hollow input axle(200) inputted with rotation from a steering axle, a torsion bar(120) inserted to an inside of the input axle and fixed by a fixing pin(230), and a pinion shaft(130) coupled with the torsion bar by a tight fitting method and inserted to the input axle; a first serration(212) is formed at an upper part of the input axle to connect to a universal joint, and a second serration is formed apart from the first serration at a regular interval, in order to form a fixing hole(240) between the first and the second serration.
