An irradiation device of radiant heat is provided to effectively heat or dry a radiated object by using a wave guide in a heating process or a drying process using radiant heat. An irradiation device of radiant heat comprises at least one radiant heat generating device(10) and a wave guide(20). The wave guide connects the radiant heat generating device to a radiated object(30) such that electron waves generated in the radiant heat area is radiated to the radiated object. The waveguide includes a plurality of straight tubes(21) and a plurality of curved tubes(22). The straight tube has a constant diameter or a diameter, which becomes enlarged. The wave guide includes a collecting tube(23) for collecting radiant heat, a divergence pipe(24) and an electron trumpet(25).
