PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in electrical connection of terminal fittings by reducing the labor and the cost, when manufacturing the terminal fittings. SOLUTION: Each of the terminal fittings 13, 23 is equipped with a tab 32 and a boxy connecting part 31, in which a tab having the same shape as that of the tab 32 is inserted. A spring contact part 34 for gripping the tab, having the same shape as that of the tab 32, is provided to the connecting part 31. As a result, since the terminal fittings 13, 23 have no distinction of male or female, when manufacturing the terminal fittings 13, 23, dies and processes and control can be made common to both terminal fittings. Hence, labor and the cost can be reduced, when manufacturing the terminal fittings 13, 23. If a first connector is mutually connected to a second connector; since the terminal fittings 13, 23 are supported by two-point support, stable contact can be secured, reliability of the electrical connections is enhanced.
