<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler which recirculates an exhaust gas without passing the gas through a blower because the blower may be badly affected by the exhaust gas as the exhaust gas includes corrosive components and ash dust, with respect to an oil burning boiler in which a liquid fuel is burnt. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump 13 is disposed on the way of a fuel supply passage 11 to supply the liquid fuel to a burner 10 of the boiler. The hydraulic pump 13 is constituted to discharge the liquid including fine bubbles. As the exhaust gas is used as the fine bubbles, the liquid fuel including the exhaust gas is burnt by the burner 10.
