摘要 The device for crioelectroporation by using a frozen rotation electrode according to the invention which belongs to the group of electronic devices for performing the electroporation process solves the problem of simple and reliable local administering of the medical substance by which it enables the transfer of molecules through the cell plasma membrane into the cell. The device for crioelectroporation by using a frozen rotation electrode which consists of a generator (1) of short high- voltage pulses, an operating electrode (2) and an electrode (3) is characterised in that one output of the voltage generator (1) is linked to the operating electrode (2) with insulated holder, lead-in, fixing nut and cylinder shaped ice (2a) on the curved handle, where the other output is linked to electrode (3). The generator (1) controls the electrode (2) by modulated short voltage impulses with a duration of 0.05 ms to 50 ms and from 50 V to 10.000 V of magnitude. During therapy the electrode (3) is applied to the part of the patient's body which needs to be supplied with the medicine and at the same time where depth cooling of the injured joint or area needs top be performed. The electrode (2) is implemented in the form of an insulated handle featuring on one side a lead-in and on the other a fixing nut. The electrode (2) features on the bent holder made from conductive material a rotating cylinder (2b) which is along its circumference equipped with metal points, which enable the patient to continue with the therapy even after the cylinder shaped ice has melted, since during the therapy between the electrode and skin a moist thin patch (cellulose) is added, which additionally maintains the healing substance at the required location. The device for crioelectroporation by using a frozen rotation electrode can be modified in such a way that it also includes a current generator which enables the performance of the crioionophoresis. The switching from one generator to the other is enabled by the integrated knob for selecting the mode of either voltage or current generator.
