A fabrication method of polar orthotropic fiber-reinforced disks is provided to produce polar orthotropic fiber-reinforced disks with uniform diameter by using a plurality of preperg blocks. A fabrication method of polar orthotropic fiber-reinforced disks includes the steps of: arranging a plurality of preperg blocks(10) having a fabric on a lower cavity(22) radially; pressing an upper cavity(21) onto the lower cavity on which the preperg blocks are arranged to make a disk; and milling the disk to make inner and outer circumference of the disk (a,b) have the same thickness.
