PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each user to easily know a useless feed due to link shortage or the like or a much more satisfactory feed based on the use circumstances of whole users, and to reduce the labor of the maintenance operation of a feed list. SOLUTION: A feed list management DB manages the feed list of each user. A change detection part receives the change data of field URL to be transmitted from user terminal equipment, and updates the feed list of the user. A notification judgement part judges whether to notify the terminal equipment of the other user (notification object user) having a feed list which is the same as or relevant to the changed feed of the change of feed URL based on the rule of the rule management DB. When it is judged that the terminal equipment should be notified of the change of the feed URL, a notification information selecting part prepares such notification content as additional information such as the change of the feed URL and the use inclination of the other users for the terminal equipment to be used by a notification object user, and a window information preparation part notifies the terminal equipment.
