An organic light emitting diode display is provided to maintain stable resistance by forming Mo-alloy films on upper and lower parts of an Ag-alloy film to suppress oxidation even under a high temperature or humidity condition. An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate(100), a first electrode(145), an organic film layer(155), and a second electrode(160). The first electrode is formed on the substrate and has a lower electrode layer(145a) made of an Mo-alloy, a reflective electrode layer(145b) made of an Ag-alloy containing at least one among Cr, Mo, and W, and an upper electrode layer(145c) as a transparent conductive oxide film. The organic film layer is formed on the first electrode and has an organic light emitting layer. The second electrode is formed on the organic film layer. |
